We focus on process design to develop an optimal legal service delivery model. The Ashe team utilizes this model to efficiently deliver legal services.
We manage the processing of legal engagements from inception of the service request until delivery of the final work product, including intake processing, progress reporting, e-signature, and other functionality.
We provide warehousing and management of contracts and other transaction documents, enabling use of this valuable data to provide analytics and actionable insights.
We’ve designed an InfoSec Vendor Assessment software and service to risk-rate and assess your vendors’ information security standards.
We incorporate ISO and other accepted Information Security frameworks and certifications to validate best practices.
Our solution is practical, risk-based and tailored to the nature of your business.
Don’t let your sourcing process get bogged down with a hundred-page questionnaire and a month-long wait for answers. Our solution delivers a complete vendor review, response and risk-assessment in less than half the time of a standard process.
The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect on May 25, 2018 and impacts many U.S. companies.
GDPR is a game-changer for vendor compliance with penalties of up to 4% of a violating company’s total global annual turnover or €20 million – whichever is higher.
Our GDPR Vendor Contracting and Compliance Action Plan allows you to identify and risk-rate your GDPR vendor population; determine necessary vendor contracting and diligence requirements; and negotiate and track amendments to your in-scope vendor contracts.
GDPR is complex, but compliance is possible with a focus on practical, risk-based, action-driven solutions.
Vendor compliance is a focus of regulators and is now required under a broad array of laws and related guidelines.
Your vendor compliance needs and obligations will depend on the nature of your business and your risk profile.
We’ve established a team of compliance professionals from AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies to guide you through your organizational vendor compliance projects of any scale.
Our teams include former Chief Compliance Officers, Sourcing Professionals, ERM and Internal Audit professionals, Data Privacy and Data Security analysts and Program and Project Managers to right-size your team for any project.
To meet the needs of our clients, we reimagined the way legal services are provided. The result is Ashe – a new market category in the corporate legal services sector. We integrate three core competencies that are traditionally sourced from different industries – management consulting, corporate law and cloud computing. And we provide access to a community of carefully sourced legal service providers, equipping them with client-directed protocols, resources, and service infrastructure to enable efficient and cost-effective delivery of high-quality legal services.
It’s not just the Ashe team and our founding clients who thought it was a good idea to reimagine the business of law. Founded in the spring of 2015, Ashe Legal Group has already been named as one of the Best Law Firms in multiple categories by US News & World Report – rare for such a young firm.
Our founder Robert Reynolds, brings a legacy of recognition by leading independent authorities for legal work in the areas of sourcing, IT outsourcing, and strategic mandates. He is included in the 22nd edition (2016) and 21st edition (2015) of Best Lawyers in America in the practice areas of Corporate Law, Information Technology Law and Technology Law — and, in 2016, he is also recognized in the practice area of IT Outsourcing Law. In 2013 the Financial Times recognized him as being one of the 10 most Innovative Lawyers in the United States in the "Global Agents for Change" category. And in 2011, the Financial Times recognized his work on one of the most innovative global law projects — the post-acquisition integration of a $2B business unit for one of the largest Canadian banks.
